With the start of the Western Kentucky State Fair coming later in the week, the deadline to enter the Tots to Teens pageant is Monday.
Doris Ann Russell is a long-time pageant organizer for the fair. She said the pageant for newborns to 25 months will be Saturday, June 24 at the convention center.
