Christian Care Communities campuses across the state celebrated National Nurses Week, a chance to thank the employees who work tirelessly to care for the residents of its ten communities.

CEO Mary Lynn Spalding tells Your News Edge they appreciate all of their nurses, especially those who work at the Hopkinsville campus.

The week-long list of activities culminated with a special lunch catered by No Way José of Cadiz Friday and drawings for prizes. Many area businesses donated prizes to giveaway. A complete list can be found below.

The local facility has around 35 nurses and over 150 employees on the 40-plus acre campus on Sterling Drive in Hopkinsville.
