Funeral services for 67-year-old Garland O.G. Blane, of Hopkinsville, will be Thursday, May 4, at Noon, at Gamble Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation will begin at 11:00 Thursday morning at the funeral home.
He passed on Wednesday, April 26, 2023.
He was the son of the late Howell “AD” Blane and Ophelia Gee Blane. He was born on October 6, 1955, in Trigg Co.
He was a member of Corinth Baptist Church and worked as a roofer with Chilton Roofing and Evacuating. He enjoyed spending time with his friends and listening to the Blues.
Survivors include his daughter, Rebecca (O’Daniel) Buckner; Stepchildren, Chiffon Matlock, and Willie Matlock; Sisters, Clara Blane and Darlene (Jimmie Wayne) Crenshaw; Grandchildren, Britney Buckner and Cardel Buckner, Special Cousin, Carolyn Tyler; Friend, Kim Wills; and a host of cousins.
