A Hopkinsville man found hiding under a vehicle was charged with possession of drugs Thursday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 52-year-old Frank Williams was found hiding under a vehicle on North Kentucky Avenue while officers were searching the area for someone else with active warrants. Williams who had warrants for failure to appear reportedly dropped a black case containing a smoking pipe, meth, and a small container of an unknown substance.
He was arrested and charged with possession of meth second offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.
