Kenneth Ray Sewell, 84 of Hopkinsville, died at 10:40 p.m. Friday, April 21, 2023, at Tristar Centennial Medical Center, Nashville, TN.
Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, April 28, 2023, at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West. Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
A native of Hopkinsville, he was born June 8, 1938, the son of the late Thomas Jasper Sewell and Bonnie May Pyle Sewell. He was retired from the United States Air Force. He was a member of the VFW, and American Legion, and a proud supporter of all his fellow veterans.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son: Scotty Ray Sewell; his brothers: Tommy Sewell and Eddie Sewell; his sister: Wanda Davis; his great-granddaughter: Grace Sewell.
Survivors include his wife: Fay Sewell; his brothers: Michael (Ann) Sewell of Hopkinsville, and Ronnie (Debi) Sewell of Hopkinsville, his sister: Paula Sewell of Hopkinsville, his grandson: Tony Ray Sewell; his great-grandchildren: Jacob Sewell, Talon Sewell, Isabelle Sewell, and Nicholas Sewell.
