A wreck on South Main Street sent a woman to the hospital Monday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say just before 10 am a southbound tractor attempted to change lanes at the intersection of West 2nd Street and collided with a truck next to it.
A passenger in the truck was treated and transported by Hopkinsville EMS to Jennie Stuart Health for injuries.
