Mr. Robert Milton Latham, 82 of Elkton, passed away at 3:05 p.m., Sunday, March 19, 2023, at Bradford Heights Nursing and Rehab in Hopkinsville.
Services for Mr. Latham will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 24, 2023, at Latham Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Cummings officiating. Services will be live-streamed at lathamfuneralhome.com.
Burial will follow in the Glenwood Cemetery.
Visitation with Mr. Latham’s family will be from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday at Latham Funeral Home.
Mr. Latham was born on March 7, 1941, in Todd County. He was a farmer and cattleman. Mr. Robert had served in the Army Reserves. He was a member of Elkton Baptist Church, United Southern Bank Board Member for 40 years, Cattleman Association, and American Legion and was a Kentucky Colonel. He was preceded in death by his parents, E.P. “Putt” and Nancy Boyd Latham; and his son, Robert Michael Latham in 1964.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Latham of Elkton; his son, Michael Todd Latham of Cadiz; his daughter, Beth Latham Casey and her husband Chad of Elkton; his grandchildren, Karen Latham Griffy and her husband Josh of Clarksville, TN, Kevin Latham and his wife Harley of Herndon, Carley Casey, and Edye Casey both of Elkton; his great-grandchildren, Marlon, Sydney and Davis Griffy, Myles, Kinlee and Harper Latham.
