FNB Bank Tabbed As 2023 ‘Best Places To Work’ In Kentucky

FNB Bank has again been deemed a winner for “Best Places to Work” for the 2023 campaign.

The announcement comes from the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management and the ClearPath Mutual Insurance Company — who released the complete list of the 19th Annual “Best Places to Work in Kentucky” winners earlier this week.

Victors from across the state are selected out of three categories: small companies of 15-149 employees, medium companies of 150-499 employees and large companies consisting of more than 500 employees.

This competition continues to be a multi-year initiative, designed to motivate companies to focus, measure and move their environments toward excellence. A number of studies show a strong correlation between profit and the cultivation of a good workplace environment.

The selection process is managed by Workforce Research Group, and is specifically based on an assessment of the company’s employee policies and procedures, and the results of an internal employee survey.

All 2023 recipients are listed at www.bestplacestorworkkentucky.com/awards/winners.

Official rankings will be announced June 8.
