Trigg To Celebrate Agriculture During Annual Appreciation Dinner

Trigg County will celebrate agriculture and the farmers and agribusinesses that make up the industry during the annual Agriculture Appreciation Dinner Tuesday, March 14.

Agriculture Extension Agent Graham Cofield says the event will be held at the Lexie Bush Convention at the Trigg County Recreation Complex.

click to download audioThe featured speaker for the evening is retired Murray State University Hutson School of Agriculture Dean Dr. Tony Brannon. The Trigg County Agriculture Committee will also present awards to the Friend of Agriculture, Agribusiness of the Year, and Outstanding Youth in Agriculture.

Cofield says the Trigg County FFA will be assisting with the dinner.
