Chaudoin Named Kentucky Colonel At Eagle Ambassador Breakfast

During the Eagle Ambassador Breakfast held Wednesday morning in Hopkinsville, several members were honored for their contributions to the organization over the last year.

Lana Bastin presented the 2023 outstanding Military Affairs Committee Member award to Bill Chaudoin.

Chaudoin was also named a Kentucky Colonel by Steven Bullard, executive director of the state’s Commission on Military Affairs.

Chaudoin said serving on the committee is both fun and rewarding.

In other honors, the Soaring Eagle Award was bestowed upon Tom O’Hagan.

The Military Affairs Committee Service Award presented by Fortera Credit Union was given to the Knights of Columbus.

O’Hagan accepted that reward on behalf of the group and said Knights of Columbus is always there to help service members.

Public Service Awards were presented to Joe Craver and Hazel Morrison. Both Craver and Morrison were also presented with a Team Kentucky coin from Governor Andy Beshear’s office.
