As we are enjoying a taste of spring-like weather Wednesday, we will pay a small price Thursday as the chance for severe thunderstorms become part of the forecast.
Weather Edge forecaster David Powell says the severe weather risk has increased.
Powell adds a chance for hail will be the main concern Wednesday night, but a strong storm system and cold front will be the main concern Thursday morning.
Powell says there is no need to be overly concerned with this event but adds it’s important to be weather aware Wednesday night into Thursday morning.
