A Hopkinsville man was arrested on an indictment warrant for murder Monday night.
Hopkinsville Police say 22-year-old Alexander Heck was arrested on an indictment warrant for murder and tampering with physical evidence.
Police say Heck is charged with the death of a 15-month-old child on March 1 last year. The child, who was not related to Heck but lived in the same dwelling, died of blunt-force trauma.
Heck is lodged in the Christian County Jail on a $500,000 bond.
