A Hopkinsville man was charged with failing to comply with the sex offender registry Sunday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say 42-year-old James Fritz was arrested on West 7th Street after it was found he had not notified the state of Kentucky about his new address.
He is charged with failure to comply with the sex offender registry.
