A wreck on Fort Campbell Boulevard in Hopkinsville sent a woman to the hospital Friday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say just before 11 am a truck was exiting Lowe’s when it was struck by a northbound van.
The driver of the van was taken by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Health for injuries.
