A Hopkinsville woman was charged with theft after she was reportedly found in a stolen vehicle Sunday night.
Hopkinsville Police say 42-year-old Shaneka Acree along with her kids were found on Clinic Drive in Hopkinsville in a stolen U-Haul vehicle. Police add that she was found to have marijuana in her purse and that her driver’s license was suspended.
She was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking, operating on a suspended or revoked license, booster seat violations, and possession of marijuana. She also had warrants for failure to appear and contempt of court.
