Republican District Six Trigg County Magistrate Candidates Speak

The five Republican candidates for magistrate in Trigg County sixth district touted their qualifications and spoke about their reasons for seeking office during the recent republican party meeting.

First to take to the podium was Michael Anderson, who works at Lights Plumbing and Electric wants to address a number of issues in the district.

Candidate Lucas Hale was not able to attend the forum but was represented by his friend Toni Martinazi who had kind words to say about Hale, who owns and operates the Sinclair Convenience Store in Canton and Sinclair Lube in Cadiz.

Billy “Hop” Calhoun says as a small business owner he sees a number of needs in the county that will help residents.

Patrick Bush, who works for the Cadiz Public Works Department, says he is ready to listen to residents in the district.
