A wreck on Fort Campbell Boulevard in Hopkinsville sent a woman to the hospital Wednesday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say a southbound car was attempting to turn into Valvoline and pulled into the path of a northbound SUV.
The driver of the SUV was taken by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for back injuries.
The crash happened just before 3 pm.
