A Hopkinsville woman and a Greenbrier, Tennessee man were charged with possession of meth on Fort Campbell Boulevard in Hopkinsville Friday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 41-year-old Sherita Simpson and 47-year-old Justin Eby were found in the backseat of a vehicle parked in a parking lot with no lights on.
During the investigation, officers could reportedly see a glass smoking device with a white residue on it in the vehicle, after a search of the vehicle and their belongings meth and a second glass smoking device was also found.
Police say neither one of them would take ownership of the drugs. They were both arrested and charged with possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.
