Trigg County Jailer James Hughes made his run for another term in office official Monday as he filed with the county clerk's office.
Following an announcement last week on Your News Edge by Hughes, the five-term Jailer in Trigg County filed his re-election papers Monday afternoon. Hughes is currently the only person who has filed for jailer.
