A Hopkinsville man was charged with theft Thursday after he allegedly failed to return several electronics from a rental company in Hopkinsville.
Hopkinsville Police say on August 14th 46-year-old John Smith failed to return an AC unit, a 65 inch TV, a washer, and a dryer valued at over $500.
He reportedly failed to make payments to Bolin Rentals. He was charged with theft by failure to make the required disposition of property.
