A Celebration of Life Service for 67-year old Cheryl Ann Jacobi, of Hopkinsville, will be held at a later date.
Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include her husband of 24 years, Joseph W. Jacobi of Hopkinsville; her sons, Joseph Jacobi and his wife Linda of Hopkinsville, and Jeremy Jacobi of Madisonville; her daughters, Stacy Jacobi of Hopkinsville, and Amanda Jacobi of Clarksville; her brothers, Joseph and Henry Valder of both CT; her sister, Linda Upton of CT; and seven grandchildren.
