There will be no services for 41-year-old Chad Jeffery Gillingham of Hopkinsville.
Christian Cremation & Funeral Care are in charge of arrangements.
Gillingham was preceded in death by his mother, Nancy Brown.
He is survived by his father, Kenneth Dan Gillingham of Hopkinsville; a son, Logan Gillingham of Sharon Grove; and a brother, Daniel Shane Gillingham of Hopkinsville.
