A Hopkinsville woman was reportedly found with drugs on Clinton Circle in Hopkinsville Wednesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called to the area for a woman walking through yards with a knife and a pair of scissors in her hands.
21-year-old Victoria Adcock was found in the area and reportedly appeared to be under the influence of some kind of controlled substance.
After a search of her belongings, police say meth and syringes were located. She is charged with possession of meth, public intoxication, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
