Chicken Salad Chick Opens Hopkinsville Location

Top officials with Chicken Salad Chick were in Hopkinsville Wednesday morning to officially open the city’s newest restaurant and present a donation to help cancer patients.

President and CEO Scott Deviney said they were excited to open their 194th store.

Deviney added Chicken Salad Chick’s success comes from every community they open a location in.

Stan Bambakakis

Director of Operations Stan Bambakakis said they are open and ready to serve the Hopkinsville area.

Before cutting the ribbon to officially open the restaurant, the Jennie Stuart Health Foundation was presented a $3,140.30 check to go toward the Tree of Life Cancer Care Fund.

Foundation Executive Director Tracey Clark said the donation would help local cancer patients.

After the ribbon-cutting at the 4014 Fort Campbell Boulevard location, the first 100 customers in the door had the chance to earn free chicken salad for a year.

The restaurant specializing in chicken salad also offers other menu items, like; pimento cheese, macaroni and cheese, soups and salads, and cookies.

Noel Poindexter serves as the General Manager for the store.
