Prison Sentences Handed Down in Trigg Circuit Court

Two people were sentenced to prison on drug trafficking charges Wednesday in Trigg County Circuit Court before Judge C.A. Woodall with probation given in two other cases.

Judge Woodall sentenced Everett Fralick to five years in prison on charges of trafficking in both meth and pills and trafficking in marijuana. The judge denied probation in the case after the prosecution said Fralick was on a deferred sentence on other charges when he was arrested. The five-year sentence will be consecutive to a separate sentence Fralick is currently serving in another case.

In an unrelated case, Andrew Scott Wyatt was sentenced to a total of five year in prison on charges that included two counts of possession of meth, tampering with physical evidence, and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.

Meanwhile, Jason S. Jones was given five years’ probation by Judge Woodall on a charge of trafficking less than two grams of meth.

And Crystal Walford pled guilty to an amended charge of misdemeanor facilitation to second-degree burglary in reference to a 2019 residential burglary on New Hope Road. Judge Woodall sentenced Walford to 12 months of unsupervised probation.
