Authorities are investigating after a report of a forged check being cashed at a Hopkinsville business.
Hopkinsville Police say sometime between May 15th and Friday someone cashed a $319 check with fake banking account information at Place One Liquors.
Police say no arrest has been made but the person will be facing charges of third-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, theft by deception, and theft of identity.
