Graveside services for 80-year old Phillip L. Horn, Sr., of Hopkinsville, will be Saturday afternoon, May 15, at 2:00 at Riverside Cemetery.
Hughart, Beard, Beard & Giles Funeral Home in Hopkinsville is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include his sons: Philip L. (Caroline) Horn, Jr. of Charleston, S.C. and Jeffrey Lee (Leslie) Horn of Hopkinsville, KY and his daughter, Courtney Amanda (Shane) Embry of Myers Flat, CA; his grandchildren, Bailey Anderson Horn, Hunter Christian Horn, Brennan Weathers Horn, Welby Morgan Horn, Briley Elizabeth Horn, Allison Belle Embry and Nola Paige Embry.
