The South Western Kentucky Economic Development Council announced Thursday; two regional industrial sites have been recognized for being “Build Ready” in the March/April edition of Business Facilities Magazine.
Associate Director Sharon Butts said the featured sites include the 86-acre Interstate 24 Business Park in Trigg County with its 15-acre pad ready site and Commerce Park in Christian County that features a 22-acre pad ready site that will soon be home to a 100,000 square foot expandable speculative building and an adjacent build-ready 30-acre site.
She added the sites are featured as part of a broader story on the State of Kentucky’s efforts to prepare sites for development and sustainable growth opportunities across the state.
