A Hopkinsville man faces drug charges after a report of a disturbance on South Virginia Street in Hopkinsville Sunday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called to the area for a man and woman in a physical altercation and located 30-year-old William Carneyhan as he tossed something in a trash can. After talking with Carneyhan, officers checked the trash can and found a sunglasses case containing marijuana and meth.
He is charged with tampering with physical evidence and possession of meth and marijuana.
