Authorities have released the name of a man killed in a shooting on College Street in Hopkinsville early Saturday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called just before 1 am to 1501 College Street to the report of a man that had been shot. When they arrived, they found 33-year-old Anthony Johnson in front of the residence, unresponsive with a gunshot wound to the neck.
Johnson was taken by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center where he later died from his injuries.
