A Cadiz man was arrested after he reportedly used a gun to intimidate his neighbors on Cunningham Avenue Sunday night.
Cadiz Police say 27-year-old Michael Maltman pointed an AR-15 style weapon at his neighbors and used a vulgar hand gesture towards them.
Maltman was located in his truck in the driveway playing loud music. Police say he had slurred speech and the odor of alcohol was coming from him.
After being taken into custody he reportedly told a deputy numerous times he knows how to find him.
Maltman is charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place, third-degree terroristic threatening, three counts of menacing, and two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment.
