Something that could only happen once in 200 years happened Thursday afternoon at the Cadiz-Trigg County Tourism Office.

Bob Brame, who served as bicentennial committee chairman and is a member of the Cadiz/Trigg County Historical Society, donated a full set of bicentennial pins donated by Cadiz-Trigg County Tourism to the Cadiz Rotary Club for their upcoming auction.

The theme for the 2021 Cadiz Rotary Auction is “Rotary Opens Opportunity”.  The bicentennial pin display will be sold online on April 16 at 9 pm via the wkdzradio.com big deals store. Bidding will begin Monday morning April 12 at the rotary auction’s kickoff breakfast at Lake Barkley State Resort Park, which also missed out on celebrating its 50th anniversary due to the pandemic.
