A Hopkinsville woman was arrested shortly after stealing an SUV on South Elm Street Tuesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 23-year-old Kiara Sims got into a disagreement about where they were going with a man she had gotten a ride from.
The man got out of the vehicle to let her out and she reportedly took the SUV.
Sims and the vehicle were located on North O’Neal Avenue and she was charged with theft of a motor vehicle.
