Funeral services for 69-year old Rev. Abner Reid Broadnax, of Cadiz, will be Thursday afternoon, March 25, at 12:30 at Gamble Funeral Home in Hopkinsville.
Burial will follow in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West.
Visitation will be Thursday morning from 11:00 until noon.
He is survived by four children, Encorey Broadnax, Ebony Whitlock, Markeesha Broadnax, and Florence “Suga” Griffin. Siblings; James “Spike” (Emma) Broadnax, Charles “ Tuck” Broadnax, Mary Smith, Patricia Ann (William) Artis, Liaretta (Bernie) Hairston, Mildred (James) Tinsley, eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
