Kentucky Reports Less Than 1,000 New COVID-19 Cases Friday

Kentucky confirmed 963 new COVID-19 cases and 29 deaths Friday.

In his daily update, Governor Andy Beshear, while new cases, deaths, and testing positivity rate continue to decline, we need to remain committed to the public health measures that have helped the state curb the number of infections, hospitalizations, and deaths.

The testing positivity rate fell to 3.88-percent. Currently, there are 520 Kentuckians hospitalized with COVID-19, while 125 people are in the ICU and 88 are on a ventilator.
