After nearly a year of teleconference meetings for the Trigg County school board, the district announced the return of in-person meetings.
The district says all of their regular and special called meetings will now be held in-person at the Trigg County Middle School Media Center to allow for the social distancing of the board and community members.
Superintendent Bill Thorpe says they want everyone to feel safe and comfortable and that the district needs to do its best to get back to normal.
The district invites community members to attend board meetings but says you will be required to wear a mask. They add if you are sick, to please remain at home.
The district says all areas of the media center will be sanitized before and after each board meeting.
