Trigg County school board members set the baccalaureate and graduation date for the Class of 2021.
During their regular meeting Thursday night, board members approved baccalaureate to be held on Monday, May 10, with graduation to be held on the last day of school for students, Thursday, May 13. Both events will start at 7:00.
Superintendent Bill Thorpe told the News Edge he thought students would be excited to have those two dates set.
Unless changed by the state, both events will only be allowed to have a 25-percent capacity.
The Trigg County High School gymnasium has a capacity of about 2,100 people, so that means around 525 people could be in the audience at both events.
The class features around 150 students.
