FNB Bank is being recognized as one of the best places to work in Kentucky.
The honor was announced by the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management, and ClearPath Mutual Insurance Company when the 17th Annual Best Places to Work in Kentucky award winners were unveiled Thursday, March 4th. The official rankings will be announced on June 17, 2021.
Winners from across the state were selected in three categories, small companies of 15 to 49 employees, medium companies of 150 to 499 companies, and large companies consisting of more than 500 employees. The selection process, managed by Best Companies Group, is based on an assessment of the company’s employee policies and procedures and the results of an internal employee survey.
FNB Bank was founded in 1875 and is one of the oldest banks in Kentucky. The bank also ranks among the highest in the nation in the area of safety and soundness. FNB is headquartered in Mayfield and has locations in Cadiz, Mayfield, Wingo, Lone Oak, Paducah, and Murray.
