Trigg County Active COVID Case Total Below 40

Eight new COVID-19 cases were confirmed in Trigg County over the weekend.

The Pennyrile District Health Department confirmed the new cases involved six females and two males between the age of 11 and 60. All of the new COVID-19 cases are recovering at home.

During Monday night’s Trigg County Fiscal Court meeting, Judge-Executive Hollis Alexander said there were less than 40 active COVID-19 cases in the county, the lowest that number has been in months.
