HCCPL Extends COVID-19 Closure

The Hopkinsville-Christian County Public Library will be closed for the next two weeks.

The closure is due to employees contracting COVID-19 and began Monday, January 25, but extended to February 15. The extended closure will allow ample time for the five employees to recover.

During the closure, the library asks patrons to hold returns until the day they reopen. Any books on hold will be held until February 15, and late fees will not be charged until that date.

The popular grab-and-go kits will not be available for pick up on February 6 and 13.
