A COVID-19 case Wednesday forced a temporary closure of a Dollar General store in Cadiz.
Public Relations Coordinator Angela Petkovic told the News EdgeThursday afternoon, the “Hamtown” store at 1200 Canton Road was closed and thoroughly cleaned by a third-party. The store has since re-opened. Petkovic said Dollar General wishes their employee a quick recovery.
She added they have numerous proactive and preventative actions designed to enhance employee and customer health and safety and responsive measures upon learning of confirmed diagnoses.
