Funeral services for 65-year-old Phyla Jo McIntosh Reynolds, of Hopkinsville, will be Monday, January 18, at 1:00 at Gamble Funeral Home.
Visitation will take place Monday from 11:30 until 12:30.
She is survived by her daughter-Andrea Reynolds, Cerulean
three grandchildren
two great-grandchildren.
