A wreck on Fort Campbell Boulevard in front of Big Lots sent a man to the hospital Thursday night.
Hopkinsville Police say a northbound van was attempting to turn into Big Lots and pulled into the path of a southbound car.
Police say a passenger in the car was taken by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for back pain.
The crash happened just after 5 pm.
