Trigg County Hospital announced Monday they would be distributing more Moderna COVID-19 vaccines this week.
Hospital officials tell the News Edge they will have 100 vaccines available and will distribute them Thursday morning. The vaccines are for Trigg County residents that are 70 or older.
Trigg County Primary Care will begin taking appointments for the vaccines Wednesday morning at 8:00. Appointments can be made that morning by calling (270) 522-0898.
Officials say when making appointments, you can request two per phone call. They add you will be asked to wear a mask and have your ID and insurance card when registering the morning of getting the vaccine.
