A Hopkinsville man was charged with menacing and criminal mischief after a road rage incident on Clinic Drive Wednesday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say 45-year-old Christopher Spohn hit the driver-side window of a woman’s vehicle with a knife while telling her she needed to learn how to drive. He then allegedly slashed her tire when she tried to leave.
The woman and her child were not injured.
