A Texas man was injured in a rollover wreck in Princeton last week.
Princeton Assistant Police Chief Shane Allison reported Monday that the wreck occurred shortly before 4:30 Wednesday afternoon on Hopkinsville Road near Kentucky Specialty Meats.
According to the report, 43-year old Katrina Shewey of Hopkinsville was driving east on Hopkinsville Road when she lost control of the vehicle in the curve by the Princeton Memorial Garden Cemetery. Police reported it was raining at the time of the wreck and the vehicle went off the left side of the roadway and hit an embankment, causing the vehicle to overturn.
Assistant Chief Allison said a passenger in the vehicle, 21-year old Cayden McMichael of Jacksonville, Texas was transported by Caldwell County EMS to Caldwell County Medical Center for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
