In the wake of Friday’s explosion in Nashville, 911 and the administrative phone lines for the Christian County and Trigg County ECCs are now working once again.
ECC officials announced on social media late Sunday night that their administrative line 270-890-1300 is back working. Those who need to contact the Christian County ECC for non-emergency issues can call 270-890-1300 or 270-632-2714.
People can also dial 911 to reach the ECC, but officials say the backup system cannot tell the difference between the administration line and 911. Officials ask for patience as dispatchers may not be able to immediately answer phone calls due to the rerouting of numbers. If you are not immediately connected to a dispatcher please hang up and try again.
Meanwhile, Trigg County ECC reported Sunday evening that phone lines were improving and back up in the county. Trigg County Dispatch was reportedly still having some issues as late Sunday.
