A Hopkinsville man was charged after a fight with a woman on Middle Street Thursday evening.
Hopkinsville Police say 21-year-old Jacob Gary went to a home he had previously been given a trespass warning to stay away from. While at the home, police say he got into a fight with a woman, took her phone, and told her if she called the police he would kill her.
Gary was located on East 1st Street and charged with first-degree unlawful imprisonment and second-degree burglary.
