Christian County is nearing 4,000 total cases since the COVID-19 pandemic began.
Christian County Health Department Director Kayla Bebout said Wednesday afternoon there were 48 new cases. The county has seen a total of 3,960 cases, of those 749 are active.
Bebout added there have been 3,155 recoveries and 56 deaths since the pandemic began.
