The Pennyrile District Health Department says Trigg County gained the most new COVID-19 cases in the district over the weekend.
According to health department report posted Monday evening Trigg County added 26 new cases over the weekend and Monday. Of those new cases, six were confirmed on Saturday, with five new cases reported Sunday, and 15 new cases on Monday. The cases range in age from four to 82 years of age, with fifteen females and 11 males testing positive for the virus.
Caldwell County reported sixteen new cases, with Lyon County reporting six, Livingston logging 12, and Crittenden County reporting six.
Sixty-six new cases of COVID-19 were logged over the weekend and Monday in the Pennyrile Health Department District.
